COST: $20 Per Person (Includes Lunch) Highlighting this year’s “Guide Me” Convention are some outstanding speakers who will provide guidance through God’s Word and will share experiences from their own lives. Here is just sampling: Pastor Paul Prange, former President of Michigan Lutheran Seminary and current Administrator for WELS Worker Training, will give the keynote address. Pastor Prange’s knowledge and wit are always appreciated by those who hear him. His message is sure to set a positive tone for the Convention. Pastor Wayne Mueller currently serves at St. John Lutheran Church in Jefferson, Wisconsin. Pastor Mueller has a long history with Christian Life Resources and is a welcome presenter at this year’s Convention. Pastor Robert Fleischmann, current CLR National Director, is blessed with great knowledge on a variety of life issues and has a unique gift to identify the Biblical principles and apply them to the ethical challenges that confront us. Carol Hein, RN, will address the unique role and challenges of caregivers. Carol works with patients who suffer with chronic illness, and also serves personally as a caregiver. This topic is timely and meaningful for many who are looking for information and support in their role as caregivers. Leah Bongard is a new mom through the process of frozen embryo adoption. Come to hear her personal story and learn more about the special blessings that she has experienced. Dan Nommensen, professional therapist with Wisconsin Lutheran Child and Family Service, will share some appropriate responses when you are talking with someone who is facing a difficult life issue. Those situations can be awkward and uncomfortable, so Dan’s presentation is sure to be valued by all who attend. This special event is going to inform and motivate you! We are also making this an affordable event by charging only $20 for the entire day. That very low registration fee will cover all your materials, all the presentations, and also a wonderful catered lunch! This is truly a deal that is too good to ignore!
