Submit Life Observance Sunday Materials

Christian Life Resources continues to develop an exciting resource for pastors. The resource enables pastors to choose among a variety of original materials to conduct a special Life Observance Sunday in their churches. Materials will focus on various beginning-of-life and end-of-life topics, as well as family issues such as:

We invite you to help us build this resource by offering your submission(s) on any of the topics listed above. Specific information on the materials being collected is listed below. As you can see, we are also looking for songs, banners and bulletin covers so please share this information with other appropriate people in your congregation. As a thank you, we offer honorariums for accepted submissions for our resource library. Honorariums vary by submission. Please contact us for more information.

Materials List

Materials being assembled include (but are not necessarily limited to):

• Sermon outlines ($50 each)
• Bible studies (student and leader guides) ($75 each)
• Complete orders of service (including identified Scripture readings with intros, prayers and hymns from the Christian worship) ($35 each)
• Original text hymns (using public domain melodies) ($35 each)
• Original text and original music hymns ($75 each)
• Children's sermon outlines ($35 each)
• One-part children's hymns (original text and music) ($35 each)
• Two-part or more children's and/or adult choir hymns (original) ($75 each)
• Banner design ($35 each). Include a hard-copy of the design.
• Black and white reproducible bulletin cover (original design) ($50)
• Other types of submissions will be considered based on individual merits and possibilities (honorarium negotiable).

Submission of any material grants CLR full rights for publicizing the information in any format provided the honorarium(s) has/have been paid. CLR will advise the author of any intentions of altering a submission to make it usable for publication. All accepted submissions will include the name of the writer when published. Limited resources means some submissions may not be accepted. CLR is not obliged to return submissions. Copies of materials will be accepted.
